Heavy-duty Welded Mesh topped with razor wire rows is a high-security fencing system commonly used in prisons,detention centers, and other high-security perimeter protection. Barbed Razor Wire is placed at the top of the fence to deter climbing and scaling attempts.
The combination of anti-climbing 358 security mesh and concertina razor wire is the form often used for prison safety protec
tion. Razor wire is used in concertina coils atop the mesh fence and at the bottom/ground of the fence to prevent intruders or escape from the top or the ground.

All fencing mesh, posts, clamps, bolts and other accessories shall be hot-dipped galvanized at the factory after welding in accordance with the appropriate ASTM guidelines specified. Razor wire ties and guide wires are to be stainless steel.
Security Hardening Materials
Welded Wire Fabric must be an industry standard 358 type mesh with 4mm steel wire that is electronically welded with narrow openings of 12.5mm x 75mm. Fabric height form the ground to the top of the mesh is 3000mm high with a width of 2350 mm or about. (A width of 2350mm allows for flat storage and transport in a standard width shipping containers.)
Fence post will be a square tube with size of 100mm X 100mm with 4mm wall thickness. The posts are to be 3800mm tall with 800mm to be used for underground installation.
The post must be made form Grade A materials, hot-dipped galvanized and per-drilled to accept the post attachment bolts for the 358 mesh. Additionally, each post must be per-drilled and tapped on top to accept a V-Frame attachment for the installation of razor wire on top of the fence.
