It's made to the highest quality standards, using only premium quality Australian wire, incorporating Zalcote coatings (zinc
alloy.) Zalcote coated wire has superior coating uniformity and alloy layer integrity, producing longer life with a smoother
coating surface.
• 95% Zinc 5% Aluminium coated wire has superior corrosion resistance compared to galvanised wire, especially in
marine environments.
• From salt spray test results, 5% Aluminium coated wire lasts 3-4 times longer than galvanised wire.
• In severe marine environments, 5% Aluminium coated wire has lasted more than 3 times longer than galvanised wire.

Corromesh 358 Coatings
Corromesh 358 panels are manufactured from 95% zinc, 5% aluminium zalcote wire, providing the ultimate level of corrosion protection - outlasting regular galvanised wire products by 2-3 times.
The 95% zinc, 5% aluminium coating has been tried and tested to withstand the harshest Australian environments.
Corromesh panels are also available in a premium polyester powdercoated finish to suit customer environmental, architectural and commercial requirements.

Corromesh® 358 High Security Mesh Data Sheet
Design
Horizontal corrugations give Corromesh® 358 a contemporary, stylish, and distinctive appearence whilst providing maximum strength. Corromesh® 358 sheets can be stepped evenly over uneven landscapes and fixed to any style of post or structure.
Quality & Testing
Corromesh® 358 mesh is guaranteed to meet the specific standards for raw materials and coatings. The weld manufacturing process has a Quality Plan utilising stringent quality control procedures. Mesh sheets weld tested to 65% of minimum wire strength.
Performance & Durability
Unique tensile properties make Corromesh® 358 several times harder to penetrate than other high security fences.
Finishes
Zinc/Alloy is a high anti-corrosive surface finish applied to a 4mm and 3.15mm medium tensile wire. In external atmospheric conditions, a zinc/5% aluminium coating offers from two to four times greater protection per unit coating mass than hot dipped galvanised zinc coatings.
Recommended Fixings
Recommended fastening for Corromesh® 358 to CHS, RHS or SHS sections via 35mm self drilling screws or 50mm tamper proof self drilling security screws. Recommended fixing is through a 'corromesh safety channel', this provides extra security around the fixing point and a faster, more economical installation for customers.
Appropriate Standards
Corromesh® 358 4mm and 3.15mm diameter wire is procured via AS/NZS 4534-2006.
