Product Description

Zinc steel, also known as zinc alloy, is a zinc steel fence that is made of zinc alloy material. We purchase steel bands of more than 100 g zinc layer from important steel production sites in China, to improve the service life of the product from the raw materials. We have our own machines of production pipelines, with an annual pipeline production capacity of 20,000 tons. After this process, it is processed into the steel pipe to make the specifications required for the fence.

3.The main manufacture process:

1>Pipe punching: The hole is equality.
2>Panel Welded: Welded point is strong,but welding spot is small,maked your fence looked beautiful.
3>Polishing: Make sure the edge smooth,cutting parts must be flat polished, there shall not be cut marks.
4>Shot blasting: Make the surface smooth, improve the adhesion of powder.
5>Powder coating: powder coated to exacting standards, by professionals who have invested heavily in 
"State of the Art" technology.
6>Packing: Each panel packed with air bubble film,then in iron pallet,and the outside have a total air bubble
